What is MERCHLAB?

MERCHLAB is a Copenhagen based production partner for custom merchandise.
We help artists, brands and events turn creative ideas into high quality products, from T shirts and hoodies to caps, totes and accessories.
Our process combines design insight, technical expertise and a strong network of suppliers.

What products can MERCHLAB make?

We specialise in:

  • Apparel such as T shirts, hoodies, sweats and polos

  • Accessories including caps, tote bags, socks and patches

  • Custom projects like event merchandise, tour drops and brand collaborations

If you have a specific idea, we will help you find the best material, print or embroidery solution.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per design.
You can mix sizes and colours within that quantity.
Larger orders unlock lower unit pricing, and we provide tailored quotes for 100, 250 and 500 units or more.

How long is production time?

Typical turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks after design approval.
Complex products such as embroidery or special materials may take a little longer.
You will always receive a confirmed delivery timeline before production begins.

Can I see samples before production?

Yes. Every project includes a digital mockup for approval.
You can also request a physical sample to check colours, fit and print quality before the full run.

What printing and embroidery methods do you use?

We offer several high quality techniques depending on your project:

  • Screen printing for bold designs and large runs

  • Digital printing (DTG) for detailed or photographic artwork

  • Embroidery for texture and durability

  • Heat transfer for small runs or complex placements

All methods are carried out by trusted local partners with years of industry experience.

What materials do you use?

We work mainly with organic cotton, recycled blends and other sustainably sourced textiles.
All blanks are tested for quality and consistency before printing or embroidery.
If you prefer specific brands or certifications such as GOTS or OEKO TEX, we can source accordingly.

Can MERCHLAB handle fulfilment and shipping?

Yes. We can ship directly to your customers, handle event deliveries or store your products for future drops.
You decide if we should:

  • Produce only

  • Handle packaging and delivery

  • Manage storage and fulfilment

Where are you based?

We are based in Denmark, with partners throughout the world for specialised items.
This ensures short lead times, consistent quality and responsible logistics.

What does pricing include?

Our quotes are transparent with no hidden fees. Any additional design or sample requests are always agreed in advance.
